Innovative Educational thinker and Leader 

Dr. LeRoy Hill, founder of Learning DesignZ International, brings over 27 years of expertise in education and e-learning innovation. With a PhD in Education from the University of Nottingham and Principal Fellowship in the Higher Education Academy, Dr. Hill has served as dean, director, and international lecturer. His career spans leadership roles across the Caribbean, UK, and North America, where he has pioneered research-backed approaches to learning design. As a published author, journal reviewer, and EDUCAUSE Horizon Report committee member, Dr. Hill remains at the forefront of educational technology. His passionate commitment to overcoming educational challenges has earned him recognition including the University of Southern Caribbean Presidential Award for leadership excellence.

Mr. Christopher Francique, an Instructional Design & Technology leader and specialist, harbours over fifteen years of meaningful experience in Higher Education in teaching, leadership, management, eLearning, faculty professional development and support. His areas of expertise and interest are eLearning, Multimedia Learning, Adaptive Learning, Instructional Design, Instructional Technologies, Multimedia Content Creation and Digital Competence in Education.

Dr. Sylvia Henry

Dr. Sylvia Henry’s extensive career in education has spanned diverse areas. Currently, Dr. Henry is Director of the Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning, University of the West Indies, Barbados and coordinates the Postgraduate Certificate in University Teaching and Learning programme. Dr. Henry has collaborated with the Commonwealth of Learning and CARICOM on several projects and is a recipient of a national award for excellence in educational development.
